Bright & Spacious Double Room in Warwick Avenue

Due to changing circumstances, I’m relocating abroad and am looking for someone to take my room in a lovely three bedroom flat in Maida Vale / Warwick Avenue.

About the flat:
The room is a bright and spacious double with plenty of storage, overlooking the rooftops and our balcony. The flat has a large living room and a balcony which is great for BBQs and drinks in the summer.

The location is one of the best things about the flat. We’re on a quiet residential street, but just 5 minutes from Little Venice and the canals, which are lovely for walks and coffee by the water. Paddington is also close by, with great transport links across London. There are excellent Tube and bus connections to places including Marylebone, Victoria, Notting Hill and Primrose Hill.

The area has a really nice neighbourhood feel, with lots of independent and artisan cafes, pubs, restaurants and local shops. Hyde Park and Regent’s Park are both within easy reach too.

About the flatmates:
You’d be living with two friendly and sociable flatmates, a guy in his late twenties and a 29 year old girl. Both are relaxed, warm and easy going, and enjoy exploring London, particularly trying new restaurants, local pubs and wine bars.

They’re both fairly busy during the week and have their own lives, but enjoy having a friendly and sociable home and are always up for a drink, dinner or exploring somewhere new together.

The flat is kept clean and tidy without being obsessive. We’re looking for someone considerate, easy going and happy to have a friendly, sociable home.
