Hey! I’m looking for a new flatmate to share a lovely 2-bed flat in Warwick Avenue, Little Venice.

The flat:

* 2-minute walk from Warwick Avenue station (Bakerloo line).
* Quiet residential street, 2nd floor.
* Spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and private terrace with BBQ.
* Fully furnished, washing machine, dish washer, including a projector and everything you need.
* Furnished double bedroom with desk and plenty of natural light.
* Great landlord and lovely neighbours.

A bit about me:

I’m 31, Argentinian, and work full-time in the pet food/tech industry. I’m pretty relaxed, friendly and easy-going. I enjoy football, cooking, staying active and keeping the flat clean and organised. I also work from home.

Who I’m looking for:

Ideally, a young working professional planning to stay for at least a year. Someone friendly, respectful, clean and tidy, who’s happy to socialise occasionally but also enjoys their own space.

I’m looking for someone who treats the flat like a home, is considerate with shared spaces and is comfortable having friends or family over occasionally.
