Looking for someone who is interested in renting my second room on a short or long term basis.
The flat is based in the heart of Shoreditch. Shoreditch station and Liverpool Street station are around a 5 minute walk away. Old Street station is a 10 minute walk away.
I am extremely clean and tidy. The furniture has been bought at a great expense so we are looking for someone who wants to live in and enjoy the flat at the same time as respecting it and helping to keep it pristine.
This is not a party flat and we have healthy/calm lifestyles. I enjoy keeping fit (gym), films and cooking.
I understand that the right person might be hard to find; I am happy to wait for a match to be found and certain that this would be a really great place to stay for a while.
