I am looking for an LSE student to take over my tenancy at Lilian Knowles House from 22 June to 5 September 2026 (start date can be flexible). Summer School students are very welcome.
The room is a private single ensuite room (UG) with your own bathroom and a shared kitchen. The flatmates are very friendly and respectful - good atmosphere in the flat, quiet during study/sleep hours, and the kitchen is kept clean. There is also a weekly cleaner for the shared areas.

The location is one of the best parts of the accommodation: only around 5 minutes walking from Liverpool Street Station, with Shoreditch, Spitalfields and the City all nearby. Very well connected to LSE and central London.
It is extremely difficult to find an ensuite room in this area at this price, especially during summer.
Important: due to accommodation rules, the replacement tenant must be an LSE student only.
