Looking for a new flatmate to take my room in Shoreditch. The room is the best location you’ll ever find! 4 minute walk to Liverpool Street for connections and a walkable commute to most office areas in Finsbury and east central London. This flat is great for saving money on your commute and rent, so you’re free to spend more of your paycheck on your hearts desires!
The property has a beautiful shared courtyard area with the other flats which is lovely to sit in and enjoy the sun in these summer months.

What we would look for in an optimal flatmate:
- Will partake in the cleaning rota (this is flexible but we each have an area to do a week)
- Social: the house are always up for a chat and will occasionally go out for drinks or to play sports together, but also do respect personal space
-Ideal age: 25-30
-Have been in a job for 6 months or are on a set contract
Downside: This flat is a BASEMENT property, the room you will be taking is a decent size and does have a window (as you can see from the pictures).
The house is unfurnished so you will have to buy my share of furniture, cutlery etc. if you wish to. However this can be negotiated as to what you wish to take (~£400 Ono)
