Professional flatmate/ friend

Hey … I’m looking for a flatmate to share my space with him.

It’s a nice furnished flat with everything you might need to enjoy your city life. The location is amazing. You have access to Liverpool street station, aldgate and east aldgate within 5-8min walk. I also have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks.

You also have access to Shoreditch and the overground.

There are plenty of vibrant local restaurants, cafes and bars around the neighborhood. There are also 2 Tesco, Sainsbury and lidl supermarkets around.

About the utility and council tax: the electricity bill is around £400 during cold months and about £150 in summer. The water bill is about £100 per month and the council tax is £180. Flat comes with a not great WiFi which is £39 per month.

About myself, I’m 32 y/o guy, medical doctor and work in the Woolwich. I also have some night shifts. I usually work weekends as well.
I like gym, exploring new places, intimate small dinner parties and would enjoy having a flatmate and friend to have mutual interests.

I prefer a professional flatmate, not working from home preferably. Someone tidy and organized to keep the place well kept and clean. I respect people’s privacy and their space and expect the same. If you’re a party person and enjoys having his friends at the place all the time, we might not be a right match.
