A great double room has opened up in our 2-bed, 2-bath flat right in the heart of Liverpool Street/Shoreditch and Spitalfields Market literally on the doorstep. I am moving out, so we're looking for someone easy-going to take the room.

Spacious double with a comfy double bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside table, and a proper desk setup with chair and monitor (ideal if you WFH some days). Your own bathroom is right outside the door - effectively an en-suite.

Second-floor 2-bed, 2-bath apartment in St Clements House. Large living room with an open kitchen to the side, kitted out with SMEG fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Bright, modern, and genuinely well-located.

💰 Bills
£1,550pcm covers everything - council tax, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi.

👥 Who lives here
You'll be sharing with a v cool 30-year-old from Australia. We're tidy, sociable, and up for a drink or dinner together, but we also value our own space and downtime. A good balance of social and low-key.

🔑 Who we're looking for
A working professional, clean, and considerate. Ideally someone who's friendly and happy to share the occasional meal or catch-up, but equally content doing their own thing.
