Small double room in Liverpool Street flat

We are a flat of creative people looking to replace a flatmate who is moving on. The flat is a Zone 1 maisonette on 2 levels on Petticoat Lane market, 2 minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station. Bank, Moorgate, the Barbican, Spitalfields, and Shoreditch are all in walking distance of the flat. It's 10 minutes on the tube to the West End.
Two of us are in our final year of uni, studying film and marketing and the other works in theatre. We are open to having a student or professional.
The nationality button only allowed for one choice but in actual fact we are a mix of British, Swedish and Chinese.
Ideally, we're looking for a long-term flatmate but are happy to discuss a short-term contract of a minimum of 3 months.
