Single Room in London Bridge

The flat is 1 min. walk from London Bridge Station and 2 min from Borough Underground Station. 1 min walk to Tesco and Pure Gym. Less than a minute to King's College.

Currently 3 flatmates Emily, Sonja and me: We are looking for a 4th flat mate. We are all very friendly and easy going, very clean, respectful and considerate of others and try to keep the house in good shape and tidy. We are looking for someone that shares the same values with us and does not mind to have glass of wine once in a while. It's very important for us to find someone that we get alone :)

If you are interested in the room, the best way to respond is to email us a short description of you. Giving as much information about you that may include your hobbies, profession or a description of your personality, and how are you planing to use the room/ flat would be helpful and speed up the process.

£490 plus bills that are usually £60 a month per person, so £550 in total.

The room is available from October 1st 2026

This is a non smoking flat.
Single room, no couples are allowed.
No guests allowed.
We have a cleaning rota so we keep the flat super clean :)
Professionals are welcome.
Room dimensions approx. 220cm by 3m
One month deposit will be required.
There is no common room apart from the kitchen.
The are 4 rooms in total in the flat and advertising for only one of them.

If the ad is live means it is available, when is taken I will remove the ad.
