Spacious Big double room - London Zone 1 - Borough

Hi everyone,

I have a lovely double rooms with lots of storage available in my flat which has been a home for the past many months. I am looking for someone to take care of it and show it love, just as much as I do.

The big double room is in quiet and peaceful surroundings and is near Borough, Elephant & Castle (Zone 1), London Bridge, London Waterloo and Blackfriars for a professional person. PARKING is available (parking permit costs £82 a year).

Bills are fixed £175 per month per person and includes ultra fast unlimited internet, council tax, water, gas and electricity. Total rent is £750 + bills £175 = £925 pcm. Security deposit is £850 (room) + £175 (bills) = £1025

Gym, Swim, Steam room and Sauna are free on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays.

There is a CCTV system in the central hall covering main entrance door and central area for residents' safety.

The ROOM.
The room is furnished with a big double bed, mattress, table, leather chair, chest of drawers, and a big wall wardrobe. It has the perfect setup for WFH. Room is much bigger than what is captured in the video and pictures.

The FLAT.
The flat is on the first floor but seems to be on the ground floor due to a very wide green open space outside the windows. In some mornings there are squirrels playing just underneath, which is quite enjoyable to watch. No noise from outside even with windows open and very little traffic. The flat is non-smoking and there is a space outside to smoke.

Common facilities includes fully equipped kitchen and two separate bathroom and toilet and are to be shared among maximum three people (including you).

The AREA.
This area is very peaceful and full of parks/gardens for yoga, games, and sunbathing.

Mercato Metropolitano market, Elephant Park and Borough markets are closeby. So are Tabard Gardens, Trinity Church Square, and Newington Gardens.

All the supermarkets (Sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose) are within 5 min walking distance and open until mid-night all 7 days.

The FLATMATES:
You'll be sharing the flat with two individuals, two males working in finance consulting & project management.

We're looking for a friendly, clean and tidy person.
