I am lucky to live in a wonderful house in the heart of London, only minutes away from Borough Market. It is an oasis of calm and beauty in a vibrant and exciting part of the city. I am looking to either share my house with a flatmate or consider letting the whole property out. The house has two double rooms, a large study/living room and kitchens/open plan dinning room, as well as a very beautiful little garden with flowers/ sculptures and separate bathroom and loo. The rent will cover the service charge but the rest of the bills will be shared.
I am looking for short tenancy only for the summer months, minimum one month and maximum stay 6 months. The house will not be available after that.
