My name is Hanif. I am 30 years old and work fulltime as a train driver. I have 2 children (10 years old & 4 years old) who stay with me on my days off which is 2 days per week. I am a very quiet person and very clean. I enjoy cooking, playing playstation, watching football and netflix etc.

My flat is located in SE1 (Zone 1) very close to London Bridge. It's on the first floor (Top floor) of a Masionette. It has excellent transportation links for train, tube and bus. Borough station is a 10 minute walk, London Bridge station is 15 minute walk, and Elephant and Castle station is a 18 minute walk. Bus stop is 2 minutes away. There are gyms, basketball courts, tennis courts and football pitches all 5 minutes away. There are also loads of restuarants, takeaways, cafes and supermarkets all very local. I also have super fast WIFI.

I have a large, furnished double room. It is not quite ready but if you are happy to move in as it is until I replace bunk bed with a standard double bed.

The room is furnished. It has a desk, office/gaming chair, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

As for the rest of the flat it has 1 toilet and 1 bathroom which I like to keep clean.

I have a nice sized living room which is where I spend most of my time and also where my children mostly play and spend their time when they are with me. I'm happy to share this space but would appreciate priority when I am home as I usually play or do work.

I have a very long kitchen which also has a 4 seater dining table. I have a large american style fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. I do not have a dish washer. I'd like any dishes used to be washed before the end of the day and not to be left overnight.

I have a balcony attached to the kitchen which you can use as you wish. It has a seating area which is very nice in the summer with a nice view to a park. It also has a barbeque which you can use. I love doing barbeques in the summer.

I have a cat. So if you do have allergies or don't like cats then this wouldn't be suitable for you. She is very friendly and 3 years old. She is an indoor cat but likes to go out onto the balcony.

I usually clean the flat, bathroom, toilet, kitchen etc myself as I live alone. However I'd be happy to look for a cleaner to come in weekly / bi weekly to do this and we can split their payment if this is something that you would be interested in. If you prefer we can clean ourselves, that is also fine I'd just ask that we have some sort of cleaning schedule/rota in place so that it is fair for us both and more importantly so that it gets done as cleanliness is very important to me.

I am not comfortable with people who I don't know inside my flat especially as I have children and only 1 toilet and bathroom. I don't mind you bringing a friend / guest over on occasion but I would ask no friends / guests staying over night. My flat means a lot to me and I value my peace of mind. The comfortablity of myself and children is extremely important to me. If this is something that is intolerable for you, or may be an issue for you then I kindly and respectfully ask you not to consider my room. I'd like someone who is clean, keeps their space tidy and respects their home. Cleanliness is an absolute must for me. I would like to live with someone I can get along with and have a healthy flat mate friendship whilst also respecting eachothers personal space when needed.

I am being careful with who I select as it has been my home for many years and I want it to be right for me and just as importantly right for you. I want you to find the best home for yourself too and to be 100% comfortable with it. I would not want you feeling uncomfortable where you live and I want the same for myself too.
