Hello! My flatmate and I are renting our modern apartment with two bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms from 1st Dec to 24th Jan.

WHOLE APARTMENT (2bed 2 bath) is £2,600 pm. For the full period it is £4,610 for 8 weeks

SINGLE ROOM - two available (incl ensuite each) is £1,300 pm. For the full period it is £2,305 for 8 weeks.

We are charging less than our rent pro rata, and will also cover the bills for free.

Preferably renting out the whole flat but will also consider renting single rooms if not possible.

- Very quiet area. There are offices behind us but they are a bit further away, so there’s no noise!

- Feel free to use the air fryer, dyson vacuum etc too
- Small balcony
- Linen/ Towels if needed
- This is a short term rent so our things will still be there but we can make some space for your things if needed
