Looking to find someone to take our lovely flatmates fully furnished, double bedroom in London Bridge / Bermondsey Street area available from June 1st until October with option to extend for a year (renewing lease for 2027 at the end of summer).

📍 Apartment

Security on the door, fobs etc to enter. The building is very safe. 10 min walk from London Bridge and Borough station. 2 minute walk to the best pasta restaurant in London, Flour and Grape on Bermondsey Street. Flat is fully furnished!

🏡 Room

Spacious double room bigger then it looks in the photos). The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Happy to help move around furniture to suit you best!!

💰Rent

£970pm (bills £130 pm approx)

📆 Dates

Move in: First week in June

🏘️ About the Flat

You will be living with two girls, myself [28] and Anna [26]. I moved from Dublin to London 4 years ago and Anna is a from Cornwall. We work in the office most days, but do work from home the occasional Thursday/Friday afternoon.

We love to chill out after work & can often be found watching some form of reality TV or movie if it’s a rainy day. At the weekend, usually exploring different areas of London, trying new cafes, restaurants and pubs/wine bars🍷
