I'm currently living in the apartment and looking for a new tenant to take over the contract for second room starting 13th Aug.

With just a minute's walk from Tower Bridge and alongside river Thames, the location is super lively with loads of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes around.

It is a spacious room with studio vibes, ample storage and a private bathroom. The flat is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and oven.

The building also has an all-inclusive Gym, Swimming pool, sauna and 24/7 concierge service for all residents.

Looking for someone social, willing to have a laugh etc. but also who enjoys alone time, is clean and can respect other people's spaces. Preferably someone Vegetarian, but not a deal-breaker. It is a flat that has a homey vibe where everyone gets on :)
