A Tall double door wardrobe with mirror and draws. A bedside chest of draws. There is a bathroom immediately beside, with bath and excellent shower for your exclusive use (not shared).

The flat is of modern construction with double glazing. The bedrooms are carpeted with the rest of the flat of wooden floors and efficient under-floor heating. On the ground floor there is a secure room for bicycle storage.

It is a two minute walk to London Bridge Station, approx 200 metres.

The contract is very flexible with only two weeks notice if you need to leave. I have been living here for over eight years and have a great and very supportive (private/ no agent) landlord who is very attentive. Bills are extra, currently £185 including Council Tax and broadband.
