Cosy 2-Bed Flat in SE1

I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in my cosy SE1 flat.
10 min walk from London Bridge or Bermondsey station.
3 minute walk from Bermondsey street and even closer to Maltby Markets.

The place has a big, comfy living room (perfect for a film night or glass of wine), a good-sized kitchen for cooking, a spacious bedroom, plus a separate toilet and bath/shower. I’m 31, Irish, and a teacher – so I’m out of the flat most weekdays but enjoy being social when I’m home. I’d love to live with someone who’s easy-going, clean, respectful and up for a chat or series binge.

The furniture in the photos will move to the bedroom next door, so you may want to bring a chest of drawers or bedside table (the bed is staying!). My current flatmate is moving out to buy her own place, which means there needs to be a bit of flexibility around move-in – likely end of September or early October. Should have a date soon!
