Hi guys, I am looking for a new flatmate. My current housemate is moving in with his partner, so a room is opening up in my central but quiet flat. It's really ideal for commuting (London Bridge station is 10 min walk away) or someone working in the City.

I really feel like I am living the London life being so close to everything yet have a place that is private (it is tucked away from the main streets). Have attached some photos of our neighbourhood and surroundings.

I've genuinely loved living here / in this area for the past 3 years and I am confident you will too:
1. Right next to gorgeous Shad Thames / Thames River, Tower Bridge & Bermondsey Beer Mile + can walk to Southwark & Burgess Park + Elephant & Castle.
2. 10-min walk to both Tower Hill and London Bridge stations + easy commute pretty much anywhere
3. Massive balcony & living room area

PRICE:
Smaller room — £1250/month (excl. bills)
There's flexibility on the room you take (I can move to the other)
Larger room with balcony — £1350/month

ABOUT ME: I'm Murphy, I am Australian, easygoing having lived here for the past 3 years. I love travelling (been to 50+ countries!) getting amongst it in London and I'm a Strategy Consultant working in insurance near Bank. I'm pretty easygoing and would love a flatmate who's up for the occasional drink, dinner, or weekend hang — not looking for someone who keeps entirely to themselves.
