Double Room in Central London - Feb or March

Hey there :)

Im renting my spacious double room for a lease transfer in a refurbished flat in Central London. The rent is £1300 (along with £1300 deposit) with bills at a fixed cost at £168 (includes everything) per month. Ideally looking for someone to move in February/March until end of July (lease can be renewed) but am extremely flexible. The layout of the flat has changed a bit from the photos but generally the same refurbished outlook. Also has an in unit washer/dryer and dishwasher for use.

The room comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe. Im able to sell the desk, chair and extra shelving if needed. The living room also comes furnished with a TV, sofa, dining table and balcony. The flat gets plenty of sunlight, is spacious and very cosy.

Its a really nice well located area with London Bridge, Southwark, and Borough all less than 10 minutes away. Also plenty of grocery stores nearby and is really well connected to get anywhere in London quickly.

You'll be living with Ash who is a working professional and is a really considerate, friendly and clean flatmate. References checks will be required - past landlords, employment/guarantor/6 months upfront, right to rent
