Double room, London bridge

Hi everyone!
My friend and I are looking for a third roommate to join us in our 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of London Bridge, with excellent transport links nearby.
The room is a double en-suite with a shower, and you’ll only be sharing the toilet with one other person. It also comes fully furnished and includes your very own private balcony.
We also have a small cat named Mimi, who’s very friendly and adorable, so being comfortable with pets is a must.
We’re hoping to find someone who’s easygoing, sociable, and enjoys a friendly, relaxed home environment. Ideally, we’d prefer someone who doesn’t work from home.
