The largest bedroom in the flat - king size bed, big desk and chair, and plenty of wardrobe and storage space. Gets great natural light all morning and through the day, and being upstairs makes it genuinely airy and comfortable in summer.

The flat:
Spread across three floors above a hairdresser’s, so complete privacy - no other flats above or below, no noise from neighbours, and no need to worry about TV or music volume. Fully furnished throughout with everything you’d need from day one - crockery, kitchen essentials, an iron and ironing board, and a washer/dryer. Large living room shared with one other person, so it never feels cramped. TV comes with HBO, Sky, Amazon Prime, and Netflix all logged in.

Your flatmate:
One flatmate in the flat over summer. Dutch/French/Moroccan, currently doing a law masters and working this summer. Friendly, social, and easy to live with. Very much a chill household where everyone gets on and does their own thing.

Location:
Just off Bermondsey Street - one of south London’s best roads, lined with independent coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, pubs and bars. A butcher and grocery shop two doors down, a Sainsbury’s three minutes away and a Tesco Express two minutes away, so day-to-day errands are effortless. There’s also a lovely park five minutes away with new tennis courts — ideal for a morning coffee in the sun or a casual game. London Bridge is a 10–15 minute walk along the street, putting the rest of the city well within reach, and there are Lime bikes nearby for getting around. It’s also a safe, well-lit area, comfortable to walk home along at night. A genuinely great base to enjoy London over the summer.
