Room in 3 bed flat - London Bridge

I am sadly moving out of this flat and looking for someone to take over my room!

You would be sharing with 2 King’s PhD students, who are ideally looking for another fellow PhD girl to join them in this lovely flat — it’s right next to King's Guys Campus, only a 4-min walk to London Bridge and Borough Market, and right by the Queen's Walk promenade!! The location is honestly amazing, super central, safe and well-connected!

The flat has 3 spacious double bedrooms, one bathroom (split into toilet + sink and shower + sink) a big kitchen with a seating area for cozy chats, a cute little balcony and good storage space!

My flatmates are both international and have previously lived in shared flats in different countries, so they really value a respectful, clean and friendly home vibe
They work very hard (WFH often) and travel for work/visit family, but also love exploring London - trying new restaurants, discovering cool spots, hanging out over wine, music and good vibes!!

The flat is available from 1st of July but I can be a bit flexible with move in, and you would replace me on the tenancy agreement, which is handled by the agency (they are really good!); my flatmates are looking for someone to stay long term (at least 1 year)
