The studio is cleverly laid out over two levels. On the lower floor, you’ll find the entrance, kitchen, and living area. Upstairs is the sleeping area, along with plenty of storage space. The apartment is practically new and has been very well looked after.

Most of the furniture and furnishings shown in the photos (including the dining table and various storage solutions) were purchased by us after moving in. If the new tenant would like to keep some or all of these items, we would be happy to discuss a reasonable contribution towards them.

Internet: Currently in our name and would need to be transferred or replaced by the new tenant.

We’ve really enjoyed living here and are only moving due to a change in personal circumstances. It’s a fantastic place for a single professional or a couple looking for a comfortable home in a peaceful location with excellent transport links.
