The room will be available from the 15th of June (with some flexibility).

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk and a double wardrobe. The bed has been moved to a different position, but you’re free to arrange it however you prefer.

The flat itself has a cosy living room and a separate kitchen with a proper dining table, and plenty of storage throughout. The bathroom has recently been refurbished and there is access to a nice communal courtyard - ideal for a nice summer dinner.

– Walking distance from Tower Bridge and the Thames
– Direct bus to Elephant & Castle in 20 min and to Liverpool Street / Shoreditch in 30 min
– Close to Maltby Street Market, Bermondsey Street and the Beer Mile

It’s a lively area but still very neighbourhood-y — the best of both.

You’d be sharing with Federica (in photo), friendly Italian chef working full time. The flat has a relaxed, clean and tidy vibe. We enjoy the occasional chat or dinner together, and watching a film but Federica works long hours and sleep is important so it is definitely not a party house.
