We're looking for a new flatmate to join our 3-bedroom flat a short walk from London Bridge.

You'll be living with me and one other flatmate, both 26-year-old professionals. I work in ESG consulting and my flatmate works in tax, both at big 4 firms. During the week we're generally busy with work, but outside of that we're both pretty active and enjoy making the most of living in London. Between us we're into running, golf, football, travelling and the occasional pub trip.

The flat has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We're social and get on well as a house, but it's definitely not a party flat. We both have our own routines and are looking for someone who wants a home rather than just somewhere to stay.

The location is one of the best things about the flat. London Bridge station is within easy walking distance, with great connections into the City, Canary Wharf and the rest of London. Borough Market, Bermondsey Street and the South Bank are all on the doorstep, along with plenty of pubs, restaurants and gyms.

The room comes furnished.

We're ideally looking for a professional of a similar age who is clean, considerate and easy to live with. Someone who enjoys a chat and the occasional social activity, while also respecting that everyone has their own life and schedule.

Our current flatmate has lived here for several years and is only moving out because he's relocating.
