Three rooms have come up in our four-bed house between Borough and London Bridge. Its located six minutes' walk from Borough (Northern line) and ten minutes to London Bridge (Jubilee line and National Rail), with lots of restaurants, pubs and a gym all around the corner from us all. The house has a private garden that gets really sunny in the summer and is great for a BBQ. There’s also a large basement kitchen and living area.

The rooms
Ground floor (£1,060 pcm). A large converted living room with excellent natural light, plenty of storage, a couple of sofas, a bed and a desk. Comes with its own downstairs bathroom (mainly used by this room, but accessible to others too).
Upstairs, park-facing (£975 pcm). Slightly smaller but still well proportioned, lots of storage, double bed, desk, and lovely natural light over the park.
Upstairs, courtyard-facing with a Shard view (£1,010 pcm). Bright and sunny, double bed, plenty of storage and space for a proper work-from-home setup. Available from 20 July if you want to move in early, the other two rooms are ready from 1 September.

A bit about me:
I'm 27, Irish and working as a doctor in central London. I’m quite active and into the gym, running and touch rugby. The house has always had a good balance where everyone’ss can be pretty busy with their own lives during the week, but always up for a pub trip or a meal together when it works. I've had a great time living here and looking for three new housemates to keep that going.

What we're looking for
Ideally looking for other guys who are working and are a similar age.

Practical details
Bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, internet) come to roughly £100–150 pcm on top of rent
Deposit: six weeks' rent, held in the DPS.
Minimum tenancy: 12 months
Move-in: 1 September (courtyard room available from 20 July)
