Welcome to one of the last affordable houses in central London. Big double bedroom, next to Bermondsey Street and just 12min walking distance from London Bridge Station. Available from early August. To share with two friendly professionals; a female Cypriot therapist and a male Spanish art director. We're looking for VERY CLEAN, TIDY AND RESPECTFUL individuals. We have an excellent relationship with the landlord and the agency. If you don't match the requirements, you'll be out in no time.

- Active professionals only please, no students. We prefer people in their 30s and 40s. No one under 28.
- Be based in the UK
- Strictly no parties, no couples and no smokers.
- We have a cleaning rota that we commit to EVERY week.

£650 a month. Bills come apart, typically +£100-150. We have Hyperoptic fibre - 1GB. The room is furnished with what you see in the pictures. It has plenty of space and it's very luminous.

Second floor, no elevator. Bike storage area. Tescos and Sainsburys within 1-3 minutes on foot. You'll share the bathroom with just another flatmate, as one of the rooms has an ensuite bathroom. Big living room + fully equipped kitchen.

We like cooking, plants, arts and staying active.
