Hey, hey! My sublet of a lovey 4 bed flat in London Bridge (SE1) is coming to an end. I’m looking for three girls to join me on a new tenancy!

About the flat
Modern 4 bed flat with open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Great balcony too!

Bedroom 1 - double room with desk, storage and sharing a bathroom with one other (me).
Bedroom 2 -double room with desk, storage and an en-suite
Bedroom 3 - double room with desk, storage and an en-suite

The flat is a 5 minute walk from London Bridge station and 7 minutes walk to Borough. It’s also super close to Bermondsey Street. The flat is right next to a Sainsburys, with a tesco and Lidl nearby. For those who might work in the city, it’s a 30ish minute walk!

The rent for each room is currently Bedroom 1 £1,220, Bedroom 2 and 3 £1,430. The landlord will confirm the rent increase end of July but anticipates it will be 2-3%. The advertised prices are based on this and I will confirm as soon as I am able to!

Who I am Looking For
It would be great to share with some young professionals in their mid 20s. Ideally, someone who works in the office 3-4 times a week. I would like to live with people who want to make the flat a home, happy to grab a pint every now and again or watch a film together. Equally, someone who is mindful of everyone’s personal space and is clean and tidy.

About Me
I’m a 25 year old solicitor who works in the office 4-5 days a week. In my free time, I love playing a game of netball, catching up with friends, grabbing a coffee or pint and going on a nice walk. I’m also a keen sewer. I do also enjoy my own time and am respectful of others space. I am clean and tidy too.
