Hey! Our lovely housemate is sadly moving in with her boyfriend in September, so we're on the hunt for someone new to join us in our 3-bed flat!

🏡 The room: Spacious, sunny double with loads of storage
📍 Location: London Bridge, SE1 - a 6-minute walk to London Bridge Station & very close to lots of great pubs, restaurants and borough market.
📆 Move-in: likely mid September (exact date flexible)
💰 Rent: £1,035/month + bills (approx. £130).

A little bit about us: You'd be living with me and @Tabby Budge (both 25) - I work in marketing and Tabby's a trainee lawyer. We’re looking for another girl around a similar age (24-28), also in full-time employment, who's friendly, easy-going and tidy.

We're sociable and keen to be friends rather than just flatmates but equally both have our own busy social lives too (which sometimes overlap!).

The room comes fully furnished: bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe / cupboard and clothes rail. The flat is a two floor maisonette - kitchen and living room downstairs with a bike rack in the hallway and the 3 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.
