Double room available London Bridge – £1,030pcm

We’re looking for a new housemate to replace someone moving out of our lovely home, with a move-in date of 11 August.

The house is in an amazing location, just a 3-minute walk from London Bridge Station and practically next door to King’s College London Guy’s Campus, so it would be perfect for a King’s student or anyone working nearby.

The room is £1,030 per month, excluding bills. Hot water and heating are included in the rent, so the remaining bills are relatively low.

The house has:

- A huge, gorgeous garden

- A spacious living room

- A peaceful location on a quiet estate

- Excellent transport links and everything around London Bridge within walking distance

You would be living with me and Rene. We’re both sociable and hang out together regularly, but we also respect each other’s space and alone time. Neither of us eats meat, so it’s a mostly vegetarian household, although this is not a requirement at all.
