Double room 10min to London Bridge / Own Bathroom

Hi! I’m moving out of my lovely flat in London Bridge/Bermondsey as I am moving back home and am looking for someone to take over my room and join my flatmate, from November 1st. 😊

The flat is in a fantastic location, just off the gorgeous Bermondsey Street and around a 10-minute walk from London Bridge station. It’s a really safe and lovely area, with loads of great cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops nearby, while still being quiet and incredibly well connected to the rest of London.

The room

The room is a comfortable double bedroom, fully furnished and with its own private bathroom (not ensuite). There’s good storage, and the carpets throughout the flat were replaced just before I moved in in April 2025, so they’re still in great condition.

One thing to note is that there isn’t space for a desk in the bedroom so this wouldn’t be suitable for someone working from home most of the week.

The flat

The living room is really spacious and bright, with plenty of room to relax, and the kitchen is separate, which I’ve always really liked about the flat. It’s a lovely space to come home to and feels much bigger because the living and kitchen areas are separate.

The flat is fully furnished, so you won’t need to worry about bringing your own furniture.

Rent: £1,150/month + bills
Deposit: £1,385
Water is included in the rent.
Move-in date: flexible between 26 October and 1 November.

A little about your new housemate

You’ll be living with Franka, who works in tech. In her spare time, she enjoys kickboxing, painting, and spending time with friends. She has the other bedroom, which has its own ensuite bathroom. The flat is really chill, clean and homely, and we’re looking for someone who is considerate, friendly, and values good communication between housemates!
