Two Rooms Available in London Bridge

We have a room open in our flat right now, and another opening in October. EXACT RENT NUMBERS ARE DEPENDENT ON LEASE LENGTH.

Wifi and electricity are not included and are is dependent on usage, anywhere from £60-100pp pcm. Currently we are all female students, so if you're not a student you will be responsible for council tax.

One room has a shower and a sink inside, and there is a hallway bathroom to be used by the other room and the toilet will be shared by both.

The kitchen is super modern and spacious and we have a great view of The Shard. The location is unbeatable, right next to London Bridge station so it's incredibly well-connected with tons to do and lots of good restaurants.
I'm a postgraduate student who moved from the United States, and I'm moving out in October. The other flatmate is an undergraduate student from Malaysia.

We enjoy a clean, quiet, and chilled environment. We do not want any major night owls in here--we wind down by 10pm and we don't appreciate much noise between 10pm-8am. Definitely not a party household. But we get along well and are quite sociable!
