The house is fully furnished; including the fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and the patio just outside the kitchen- the patio includes a garden patch for those keen on gardening.

The terrace house is situated next to Bermondsey Street which is brimming with bars, restaurants, pubs, and art galleries; and is at a walking distance to London Bridge, Bank, Tower Bridge, Borough Market and the Southbank.

It is also well connected to transport lines. The famously linked London Bridge station is only at 12 minutes walking distance. London Bridge station has the Jubilee and Northern tube lines, and the Southern, Southeastern and Thameslink train lines with Gatwick airport only 30 min away by train.

The bus stop (2 minutes from the doorstep) has direct services (buses 1 and 188) to Holborn, Elephant & Castle (Bakerloo line), Waterloo, and Covent Garden.

The bills are approximately £150 per month depending on usage and they include electricity, gas, council tax, water and wifi.
