We're looking for someone to move into our lovely 3-bed flat as one of us is moving out!

📍The Area
- The flat is located on lively Bermondsey street, with lots of cute cafes and restaurants at our doorstep.
- 5 mins walk from London Bridge station (Northern and Jubilee line, quick trains to airports) and lots of bus stops nearby as well.
- A few minutes from the river and multiple parks with tennis courts.
- Lots of gyms, run clubs and pilates studios around!

🛏️ The room
- Rent is £1383 pcm + on average ~£175 for bills pcm (wifi, council tax, gas/electricity/water, cleaner every other week)
- Move-in date September 1st, but we can be flexible and discuss what works best for you if you'd like to move in a day before, or a little later.
- The room is furnished and comes with a double bed, a private ensuite bathroom, two bedside tables, and a large built-in wardrobe. The room easily fits a desk and chair if you need to WFH.

- The flat is spacious, bright and very well located in a central area with a local vibe.
- Private ensuite bathroom
- The whole flat is about 104m2/1120sqft, with a large, bright, shared living room.
- All of the usual kitchen appliances, including dishwasher and washing machine.

💃 About us
We are two Dutch women, Meike and Karen, in our early 30s (Karen is moving out), working in finance and consulting. We have lived together for three years. Whilst we have busy lives, we enjoy having occassional dinners together or getting a coffee or a glass of wine down the street! We're both very active and like cycling, running, water sports, and tennis.
