Double Room - 4 mins from tube - Shared patio

Living room

I'm moving out at the end of Sep/start of Oct and need someone to take my room.

Its a pretty good deal tbf:
- Zone 1
- 4 mins walk from London Bridge (Jubilee and Northern line)
- Double Room
- Large Shared living/dining room
- Outdoor patio space with view onto a park
- Nice flatmates

The three flatmates are working professionals. About once or twice a week we'd eat together or hang out / watch something together. You don't necessarily need do this ofc but someone friendly and sociable is preferred :)

The bedroom comes mostly furnished (Bed, mattress, Drawers / Hanger rail). The desk in the bedroom (sit/stand desk) is mine but happy to sell on to you at a good price. The bed also pops up to reveal underbed storage which is handy.

There are two bathrooms so you will share with on other housemate.
