My flatmate is relocating, so a bright 15 sq m double bedroom has opened up in our Southbank flat - right near the river, top landmarks, and the City.

I am looking to share the flat with someone who treats it as a proper home and value flatmate as much as the flat.
I am looking for an easygoing, tidy, and respectful flatmate (very important).
This is not a party flat and quiet hours after 11pm required by the landlord.
I enjoy socialising with the flatmate, but I also value and respect personal space.

Spacious double bedroom (~15 sq m) with great natural light and garden views.

The Flat: 2-bed, 1-bath flat with a spacious shared living area featuring a dining table and large sofa (not shown in the picture). Shared bathroom with just me.

Monthly Bills: £140–£170/month each (covers gas, electricity, water, fast Wi-Fi, and Council Tax).

📍Location is the best part of this flat - it is close to everywhere with excellent transport links and has quite a few attractions within easy walking distance:

- 5 mins walk: Tate Modern, River Thames, Sainsbury's Local, Tesco, Co-op, and M&S Foodhall.

- 7 mins walk: Southwark Station (Jubilee), Borough Station (Northern), and Borough Market.

- 12 mins walk: London Bridge Station & Blackfriars Station.

- <20 mins: Walkable/quick commute to the City of London.
