Double room in London Bridge/ Borough area

Hello I am leaving my room and looking for someone to take over my tenancy.
This is a house of professionals very close to central London and easy commute with London Bridge, borough (jubilee and northern line) with in a five minute walk, and elephant and castle 10 minutes away.

This is a large furnished double room with lots of natural light all day and a large window.
The room comes with a bed, mattress and wardrobe. I have a small sofa, chest of draws and bed side table that I do not need to take with me that I can sell if you would like to move in with full furnishings.

I have lived here for two years and has been perfect for me working in central London. The flat was newly refurbished when I moved in and I have been the only occupant of the room.

There are two male flat mates that live here we tend to keep to our self and unfortunately don’t have a shared living space but the room is plenty big enough. The flat mates are very chill and easy to get on with we respect each others space and we have had no issue in the two years here.

Very close to London Bridge station, Borough Market, Tower Bridge, bank, the City, Tower of London

The tenancy has to start on the 2nd of November. This is when rent is due.

Rent is round £855. Bills are not included but are around ~£130 each month, and council tax is ~£50. Total each month is less than £1000
