A really great flat right in central London! It's super friendly, all girls currently, two masters students (Public Health and Music)!

It's really important to me to have friendly flatmates more so than just filling the room - I'm super chill, love having people in my room and on my sofa to chat + do fun activities + eat together and am pretty social, though respect personal time! I would love friends, not just flatmates alone. In terms of myself, I'm vegetarian if that is something that you prefer, but am open to both (my flatmate is not). We would prefer girls to fill the room for right now (boys are welcome to stay over)!

We're both very lovely, very friendly and would love to go out for coffee and meet any prospective tenants!

The flat has three bedrooms, with my bedroom having a sofa inside where we hang out! It has a bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen and two cupboards for storage.

The flat has all the newest amenities - washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, has a large pantry, two large storage cupboards, vacuum, handheld vacuum, robot vacuum, steam mop, we collab on a cleaning app to keep everything clean! I share all my dishes / plates / cutlery if you need anything!

It's £1100 all bills included except council tax if applicable, it's negotiable to have this included also if you need it but the price will increase. It's council tax band B. The deposit of £1100 is required to secure the property, with £253.85 of it being a non refundable holding deposit if you pull out before contract start date.

Next to two tescos, Sainsbury’s, Italian grocery store, bakery, just off borough high street so close to many restaurants! Also 5 min walk from both borough station and London Bridge station. Multiple bus routes including C10, 133, 35, etc. Opposite PureGym Borough. Just 3 mins walk from Pilates studio, 7 mins walk from a swimming pool.
