I am moving out of our 2 bed / 2 bath flat on Borough High Street, SE1, and am looking to find my replacement.

🛏️ The Flat & Your Room

The flat is a furnished new build with big windows making it feel really light and airy. It’s recently refurbished with a fitted kitchen and open-plan dining and living space. The bedrooms are air conned and there is also underfloor heating throughout the flat. Your room (see picture) comes with a double bed and closet. You can fit a small desk and chair for WFH. You will also have the main bathroom as your own private one as I have an en-suite.

📍Location

The flat itself is right opposite Borough Market and a 3 min walk to Tesco and Sainsbury’s, perfect for late night evening snack runs. You have larger grocery stores within a 25 minute walkable distance as well. We have the London Bridge tube station (jubilee & northern) right at our doorstep and you can also walk to Bank (DLR, waterloo & city, central) and Monument (circle, district) within 10 minutes. It’s an amazing location if you work in the city centre 💞

🗓️ Move-in date: October 5th

💰Rent: £1,363 / month

💰Bills: roughly £150 / month

This would be a name-switch process on the current rolling tenancy agreement per the new rental rules.

I am 27 and moved to London 4 years ago from Sweden. I work in tech sales and usually work from home 2-3 days per week. I tend to spend my time going to the gym, going out to try new restaurants, seeing friends, and travelling. Love both a movie night in scrolling Pinterest as much as I like going out. I am looking for someone respectful and easygoing who appreciates living in the city centre and who also wants to treat the flat as a cozy home.
