Great Location - Very Large Room in Shared Flat

The room offers a lot of space, 1 double bed, one sleeping sofa for 2, an office corner with a desktop screen. All bills are included.

You pay a great price for the area; the apartment is located directly on Bermondsey Street. There are cute shops and a park with Tennis courts around. It is a 10 minutes walk to London Bridge Station and a 2 minutes walk to the next bus stop.

There is a shared bathroom and living space, and the 2 flatmates are extremely friendly and respectful. Both have intense work schedules (nurse and teacher), so the flat is well suited for someone who wants to work from home or studies.

I am a PhD student in Public Health, and I a renting out the room because I will need to do some research abroad for a couple if months. I would appreciate to find someone who likes the room, takes care of the furniture, and feels at home with the area and my flatmates.
