Beautiful 4-Storey House in the Heart of SE1

I’m looking for a new housemate to share a beautiful four-storey house in the heart of London Bridge, just moments from Borough Market.

My current flatmate unfortunately has to move out due to personal circumstances, and as I’ve genuinely loved living here, I’d really like to stay and find someone equally happy to call this place home.

The house is spacious, full of character and spread across four floors. It has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lovely little terrace and a private patio with space to store bicycles. The house is fully furnished, with plenty of room to enjoy both shared spaces and your own privacy.

A little about me: I’m the founder of a creative branding agency and mostly work from home. I’m sociable, easy-going and enjoy good conversations, cooking, music and the occasional glass of wine. I also appreciate having my own space and a peaceful home environment.

I’m not looking for someone who simply needs a room. Ideally, I’d love to find a like-minded person who appreciates a beautiful home, is considerate and tidy, and enjoys living together while respecting each other’s independence.

The location is fantastic. Borough Market, London Bridge, Bermondsey Street, the Thames and some of London’s best restaurants, cafés and galleries are all within easy walking distance.

It’s a wonderful house in one of my favourite parts of London, and I’d love to share it with someone who will appreciate it as much as I do.
