The studio is fully self-contained, with its own private bathroom and kitchenette, a small double bed, desk and storage. Nothing is shared.

All bills are included in the rent: electricity, water, heating and Wi-Fi. Residents also have access to the gym, study spaces, cinema room, social spaces and roof terrace, with 24/7 on-site staff and security, a parcel service and fortnightly room cleaning.

Location: about 5-10 minutes' walk from London Bridge station (Jubilee and Northern lines plus national rail), close to Borough Market, Guy's Hospital and the South Bank, with quick connections to the City, King's College, LSE and UCL.

Rent: £565 per week, all bills included. Council tax: not applicable, as this is a purpose-built student residence.

Important: this is an official tenancy takeover arranged through Chapter Living. The contract and all payments are handled directly by the residence, never privately. I am the current resident and will be leaving at the end of my academic year.
