I’m looking for a lovely new flatmate to join me in a beautiful, bright double room in my modern two-bedroom apartment right next to the gorgeous Thames Barrier Park.

I’m on the 3rd floor, and the apartment is stylishly furnished with everything you need, including:

Designer interiors
A fully integrated kitchen
Spacious living area with a flatscreen smart TV
Dining table with seating for six
Wooden floors in the hallway and lounge
A cosy, carpeted double bedroom with large wardrobes, chest of drawers, side table and lamp

A large balcony – perfect for relaxing or enjoying a coffee in the sun

The building also offers a 24-hour concierge and a 24-hour gym, so you’re sorted for both convenience and lifestyle.

Location-wise, we’re just a short walk from Pontoon Dock DLR station (around 5 minutes), which makes commuting to Canary Wharf, the City, Stratford or Greenwich super easy. Nisa is right downstairs for any quick essentials, and the Royal Wharf development is a 10-minute stroll away, packed with restaurants, coffee shops, a pharmacy, hairdresser, and nail salon.

A little about me – I’m Tatum! I work in Property Management and I’m pretty easy-going and sociable. During the week you’ll usually find me at the gym in the evenings, and on weekends I love catching up with friends. I’m also a big fan of cooking and sharing a glass of wine, but I also really value downtime and personal space.

I’m looking for someone who wants a place to truly call home – not just a room to rent. Ideally, you’re friendly, respectful, and keen to live in a sociable but chilled atmosphere. If you love a good chat, the occasional shared meal or just enjoying a lovely home environment, you’ll fit right in!
