This double room is in a four bedroom house less than five minutes' walk from Bethnal Green tube station (zone 2). It's also a short walk to Whitechapel station for the District and Hammersmith & City lines and the Overground. One min to large park with tennis and basketball courts, close to local shops and supermarkets. Walking distance to the city (Liverpool/Bishopsgate street), Brick Lane and Shoreditch as well as Victoria Park and Broadway Mkt. Half hour door to door to anywhere in Central London.

The house has a large kitchen and generous shared spaces that allow for comfortable interaction (living room, back garden, kitchen/laundry space). Also well fitted for privacy in general the house is quiet and clean. It has windows towards both the east and the west making it really well ventilated and naturally lit.

At the house we enjoy arts, food, films and music in general. We are currently 3 (2 guys and 1 girl - Spanish data scientist, Japanese software engineer, British project editor).

Looking for someone friendly, clean and happy to share moments and house with all of us.

The price shown/indicated excludes all the bills (gas & electricity, cleaning once a month, internet...), EXCEPT the council tax which is included. Energy bill (gas and electricity) are paid based on meter readings and the actual consumption. This way we ensure there is no over paying at any point of the year.
