Large and quiet double en-suite a short walk to Mile End station, Stepney Green, and Limehouse DLR. 10-minute cycle to Canary Wharf, less than 5 min walk to Queen Mary University and Mile End Park Leisure Centre is right across the road.

HUGE living room!! Seeking a single occupant for a two-bed flatshare to move in at the end of June/start of July. Looking for someone who has a steady day job/grad student and is environmentally conscious and aware of their carbon footprint, without habits like leaving the windows open while having the radiator on max in the winter... (people do this!). As I am friends with the flatmate, I hope you don't mind me popping over for movie nights and working in the living room every now and then.

Santander bike dock is one minute away and so are bus routes 309/339; Sainsbury's, and bus routes 205/25/207/D7/D6. Less than a 10-minute walk to Mile End, even closer are Limehouse DLR or Stepney Green station. A 10-minute cycle to Canary Wharf or Aldgate; a 15-minute cycle to Stratford. You can also walk along the canal straight to Limehouse or Canary Wharf in 8min and 20min, respectively.

The building complex has a huge central communal garden and a large gated area at the back with bike racks and parking as well as benches looking out onto the canal (car parking in the garage is available but for £70). The flat itself is very quiet.

Your bedroom has loads of wardrobe space, a cabinet and a wall bookcase. There is also a small desk should you want it. The ensuite bathroom has a stand-in shower and toilet and there's a shared bathroom with a bath.

Balcony in the large open plan living room which has a widescreen smart TV and upright piano (not usually in action!), fully equipped kitchen that includes a coffee machine, stovetop coffee maker, toaster, microwave and even plates, crockery and cutlery if you want it. Big fridge and loads of cupboard space. The contractible dining table can seat up to 6 ppl, perfect for any dinner party.

Your housemate is a professional working in media, who is very respectful, sometimes works from home and loves films! Light sleeper so would appreciate someone who isn't super noisy or listens to music on loud!
