The property is ideally located in Z1 Tower Hill, very close to Tower Hill/Tower Gateway stations. It's a vibrant area within walking distance of The City, Aldgate, Spitalfields, Brick Lane & Shoreditch. Tower Bridge, St Katharine's Docks, and Wapping are nearby, as are London Bridge, Bermondsey, and Southwark.

Excellent transport links to all of London, incl. the West End, Canary Wharf and airports. Local amenities include. Waitrose, several Tesco & Sainsbury’s within walking distance, and many independent shops, cafes & restaurants.

I have a spacious double room in a maisonette available for let (minimum 1 month) or Monday—Friday let—availability from mid-August 2026. It is not suitable for couples or sharers.

The fully furnished room includes a double bed, desk & chair, shelving and built-in storage/wardrobe space. Linens, bedding & towels provided, if needed. There is a private balcony with this room.

Bathroom and kitchen areas are shared (only with me + cat) and the whole property has a modern & calm bohemian vibe.

Amenities: Fast fibre broadband, modern kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer & gas central heating. All bills are included: Electric, Gas, C Tax, Broadband, Water.

Full week lets at £1,200 p/m.
Mon-Fri at £800.

I'm looking for a respectful and mindful guest, who will maintain their room, clean up after themselves in shared areas & most importantly, be able to live with an indoor cat.

I've lived in the area for over 15 years, & I'm a friendly professional often WFH. My partying days are over but happy to socialise & chat over dinner & wine. I'm well-travelled & welcome all ethnicities & cultures. This is a quiet & clean household and a sanctuary from the hustle & bustle of London.

Vegetarian preferred but it's not a deal-breaker. I smoke roll-ups but outside.
