A double room at a very well connected E1 area

Hi there-
We have a spacy/ well connected/ modern double bedroom in our flat and we're looking for a female/ non-smoker/ clean and tidy flatmate joining us.

This room shares a full bathroom only with another room, as
the third room is ensuite (and is inhabited in avg 3 nights a wk only).
A chubby and socialable cat wonders around the flat when he's not sleeping.

The flatmate we'd love to see joining us would be
- clean and tidy
- a professional
- female non smoker non vaper
- respectful

Cat lovers most welcomed.
The rent incl all bills and cleaning service (kitchen & toilet) every other wk.
Furniture as in pics and would need to stay in room and be kept in good maintenance during your stay.
If you're interested, pls prepare a full intro pack about yourself and a reference letter from your previous landlord.
