King size room with private balcony

King size room available from September. I am looking for a new tenant to join in with two flat mates 1 mal & a couple. I am looking for someone who will maintain the place and keep it clean.

The room is furnished (e. g. bed/drawers). The weekly rent price includes all bills including internet. No agency involved, all via private landlord which is myself.

The flat is based in Whitechapel (near the Royal London Hospital) and is only a few minutes' walk away from Whitechapel station. Bethnal Green and Shadwell stations are also nearby. There is a large Sainsbury's within 5 mins walking distance and lots of other amenities. Within 20 minutes you can walk to the Spitalfields / Shoreditch/City Of London area.

There is no living room in the flat but the rooms are very spacious so that really makes up for it!
Shared bathroom, lavatory and the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with everyday appliances (e. g. freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster). Gas, electric, water and internet bill is all included.
