Tranquil cottage in the middle of London

I’m looking for a short term housemate for my spare bedroom for 3 months from 1 July. The room is a double size and fully furnished. There’s a single bed in it however, and has a very roomy feel. There’s a wardrobe, a desk, a chair and bookshelves.

My flat looks much like a cottage on the inside, despite being located in London E1.

I have a lovely little dog called Primrose, so I’m looking for someone who loves dogs. Ideally you are also happy to dog sit on occasion, which I’d obviously pay you for.

This room would suit a tidy, sociable young female person, especially if just starting out in London. As for myself, I’m a musician and work in healthcare improvement.

The flat is on the ground floor and built to be wheelchair accessible, although the shower is in the bath.

£850 including bills.

There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living/dining space.
