The flat:
- Well-built, recently renovated ground floor council flat with two large bedrooms, a new bathroom and separate toilet and a large open-plan kitchen and livingroom.
- Furnished, spacious double bedroom comes with a double bed, chest of drawers and a clothes rail.

Location:
- The flat is well connected - less than a 5 min walk to Whitechapel station which gives you access to the Elizabeth line, District, Hammersmith & City & overground. Great for anyone working in the city, Canary Wharf or Soho!
- I walk to work in the City and it's a lovely way to start the day.

Bills:
- £150 a month, which includes all bills and a cleaner who comes every two weeks.

About me:
- I'm a 31 year old guy originally from Estonia. I work in Corporate Communications for a tech company and keep busy with friends, Crossfit, Pilates and the theatre/cinema.
- I work from home twice a week and tend to be out quite a lot during the week. A bit more homey during the weekends. Love exploring Londons culture and food scene.

New flatmate:
- Looking for a 25+ professional who's tidy, social and friendly. I have friends come over every now and then, so someone social and warm would be great!
